The following sections cover Beowulf architecture, its design, construction and configuration, with reference to work of others which in many cases is different to author's. This document, although does not cover every single possible aspect of design and configuration of Beowulf, it provides enough information for an inexperienced Linux administrator to be able to build his or her own Beowulf supercomputer.
